Home-style Persimmon Shredded Cake with Osmanthus Flavoured Method




Ingredients::Duck pastry 6 pieces,Iron rod Yam 60 grams (cooked),Steamed until soft),Sugar osmanthus 10 grams
(1) Steam the iron rod yam until soft, then mash it with a spoon.
(2) Next, add the sugar osmanthus and mix well.
(3) Then, place the duck pastry in a baking tray, fill with the mixed yam, fold and seal.
(4) Finally,preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.
