Homemade Coconut Milk and Cream Small Squares Recipe


Recently, I've been quite lazy. Fortunately, we have all the ingredients at home and the steps are very simple; it can be prepared in just 10-20 minutes. However, true delight requires waiting. After refrigeration, the texture is incredibly smooth, with a rich milk flavor lingering on the tongue, providing an unparalleled sensory experience!
Ingredients Main ingredients
Pure Milk 220ml,Light Cream 80g,Corn Starch 30g,Condensed Milk
30g, coconut flakes as needed

Steps

1. Ingredients: pure milk 220ml, light cream 80g, corn starch 30g, condensed milk 30g, and an appropriate amount of coconut flakes.

2. Prepare a sealed container; I used a glass meal box. Line the bottom with a layer of coconut flakes and set it aside.

3. Mix 70ml (approximately 60g) of milk with corn starch and set aside.

4. Add condensed milk

5. Light cream, milk, and condensed milk mixed together

6. Cook over low heat until it boils; add the mixture from step 3 into the boiling liquid. The liquid in the pot becomes increasingly thick.

7. Stir quickly in a clockwise direction

8. Turn off the heat when this state is achieved.9. Pour into a prepared container, use a spoon to press flat. 10. After cooling, cover and refrigerate for more than 4 hours until it sets.

Before unmolding, prepare a clean plate lined with coconut flakes. Carefully lift the edges using a spoon to flip over onto the plate, ensuring each piece is coated in coconut flakes. Tips
1. Some people substitute light cream with other ingredients; I cannot comment on whether it will be successful.
2. After adding the starch mixture, stir quickly and remember to use low heat throughout!
