Homemade Chocolate Almond Cotton Candy Recipe

Ingredients Main Ingredients
roasted almonds 100g, roasted walnuts 50g, cocoa powder 50g, black chocolate 80g,milk powder 100g, marshmallows 200g,butter 35g
Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Melt the black chocolate over hot water.

3. Place the roasted almonds in the oven at a low temperature to keep warm.

4. Let the chocolate melt smoothly, then turn off the heat and set it aside.

5. Add butter to the pot and melt it.

6. Put in the marshmallows.

7. Cook on low heat until the marshmallows are melted.

8. Then add the melted chocolate.

9. Add cocoa powder and milk powder, mix well.

10. Add roasted almonds and walnuts.

11. Mix thoroughly, then turn off the heat and wear gloves to knead the sugar ball. Continue until the ball is no longer sticky.

12. Put the sugar ball into a mold and press it flat.

13. Let it cool naturally before cutting into small pieces.

14. Wrap in candy paper for storage.
Tip
Using bitter chocolate gives a more intense chocolate flavor.
In this season, cooling naturally is sufficient; there's no need to refrigerate.
