Homemade Roasted Lamb Shoulder Recipe


The lamb shank bought online had delicate meat with a proper balance of fat and lean, making it delicious when roasted.

Steps

1. Clean the lamb shank and prepare sliced onions and peeled garlic.

2. Mix the garlic, onion, salt, and barbecue sauce into the lamb shank thoroughly, then refrigerate overnight.
