1. Prepare warm water at around 45 degrees Celsius

2. Place the ingredients in a bowl and set it in the warm water pot

5. Have a Ludovic mold ready

6. Pour the liquid chocolate into the mold

7. Add almonds

8. Let it set before removing from the mold
