Homemade Tomato Yam Braised Ribs Recipe

Ingredients Main ingredients:Yam 200g, 400g spare ribs,Tomatoes 2 pieces, appropriate oil, salt, 5g cooking wine,Soy sauce 6g
Steps

1. Rinse the ribs.

2. Put them in water.

3. Add Ginger slices and boil for half an hour.

4. Cut up the tomatoes.

5. Add oil to a pot and stir-fry the tomatoes.

6. Then cook until they release juice.

7. Add the boiled ribs

8. Add salt.

9. Stir-fry over high heat for three minutes.

10. Add clear water.

11. Add yam and simmer for half an hour.

12. Reduce the sauce and add monosodium glutamate (MSG) stir well.

13. Serve in a dish after cooking.
Tip: Boil the ribs first to speed up the cooking process.
