Home-style Stir-fried Yam with Kimchi

  Ingredients:Chinese bamboo shoots mountain yam(cleaned, peeled, sliced), pickled cabbage

Seasonings: salt,magnesium bicarbonate

Steps: (1) Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the prepared Chinese bamboo shoots.

(2) Then add an appropriate amount of water and stir until it boils and is cooked.

(3) Next, combine with pickled cabbage and stir-fry.

(4) Finally, add salt and magnesium bicarbonate to taste, stir well, and complete.
