Homemade Double Vegetable Stir-fried Chicken Cubes Recipe

This dish was the child's own choice, stemming from one day when I took him to an extracurricular class. The food court on the ground floor of the mall we passed by on our way there had a fast-food restaurant.He saw someone order some and asked me if I could make something like that for him the next day, saying it was good. I said yes but noted that their version contained
chili peppers,and my cooking would be more suitable for him. This dish was thus born. Cucumber is one of the vegetables he likes, and this time I cooked a portion according to my own idea. Surprisingly, he ate up a big bowl using this to mix with his rice, and later requested to eat this dish several times. It's good; it's not complicated to prepare, and there are both meat and vegetables, providing more balanced nutrition.

Ingredients:Chicken breast, carrot,cucumber, steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt,ginger, garlic,hemp seed powder, and rice wine.Double Vegetable Stir-fried Chicken recipe 1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with ginger, garlic, salt, hemp seed powder, and rice wine for a moment.2. Wash and cut the carrot and cucumber into cubes as well. 3. Mix steamed fish soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl for later use.

4. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the chicken until it turns white and remove to set aside.
5. Add a bit of oil left in the pot, stir-fry ginger and garlic
6. Add the carrot and cucumber and stir-fry with a little salt.
7. Stir-fry the chicken again.8. Pour in the prepared sauce mixture. 9. Quickly stir-fry until well combined before serving.

4 Heat oil in a wok, add chicken cubes and stir-fry until they turn white, then remove and set aside.
5 Pour out the excess oil from the wok, leave a little bit, then add minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry till fragrant.
6 Add , stir-fry with carrots and cucumbers, add a little salt.

7 add the chicken back into the wok and stir-fry together.
8 pour in the prepared sauce.
9 Stir-fry evenly and serve.
