Homemade Avocado Apple Smoothie Recipe


Avocado is very nutritious, paired with an apple maked into a smoothie to provide even more nutrients and taste better

1 avocado, 1 apple,milk yogurt 200g, 20g sugar,Figs 2 pieces, fruit for decoration as needed
steps

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the apple and wash the figs

2. Place the fig slices on the cup wall

3. Peel and cut the apple into small pieces

4. In the blender, add half of the sugar first, then half of the avocado and yogurt

5. Blend for 1 minute with the switch
