The Homeemade Way to Make Mountain Hawthorn Hamburger

Thin rectangular strips, layer upon layer, individually packaged; they can be commonly found in supermarkets and snack shops. They are called Zhuba.Or Hamburgers..
Back then, we would always try to peel them one by one. When I was tired of rolling the fruit paste into rounds, I suddenly thought about them again. Immediately, an idea came to mind; no need to worry if it's tightly rolled or too thick or thin....
But why is it called a hamburger?

Ingredients: 500 grams of mountain jujube, 450 grams of rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of water

How to make:
1. Wash the mountain jujubes, remove the seeds and stems, then put them in a food processor with some water to blend. The resulting smooth fruit puree is poured into a pot, along with the rock sugar. Place it on heat, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer while stirring constantly. Cook until the puree thickens, then turn off the heat.

2 Spread a layer on the parchment paper, about 3 millimeters thick. Spread a layer of it about 3 millimeters thick on cling film.Bake in an oven. Set the oven to fan mode at under 100 degrees. Once the surface is no longer sticky, take it out. Remove the cling film and cut along the middle line. Stack the two halves together, then cut again from the middle line. Repeat stacking and cutting. Cut into evenly sized small rectangular pieces. Wrap in cling film.3. Layer by layer, another form of fruit paste roll. Wrap it up with the parchment paper.
