Homemade Steamed Tofu with Mustard Greens

 

  Ingredients:Tofu, Bok choy,Diced, Kale (already washed and sliced)

Seasonings: Salt,MSG

Steps:(1) Remove the tofu from packaging, cut it with a knife, and set aside.

(2) Heat oil in a wok, add the prepared bok choy and kale, and stir-fry.

(3) Add the tofu, then add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil until cooked.

(4) Season with salt and MSG, mix well, and it's ready.
