Homemade Approach to Making Plum Yogurt Protein Roll

10. Separate egg whites, add sugar to the protein and beat to form small bubbles; add a few drops of white vinegar, then add three times more sugar and continue beating until the beater produces small peaks with clear lines.

13. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 145°C in fan mode for 25 minutes; place the tray in the middle layer of the oven.

14. Remove from the oven immediately once done, and invert onto another parchment paper.
