Homemade Braised Pig's Hooves Method

Tips

Only use light soy sauce, no need for salt; cooking in a sand pot makes the flavor even better.

For a very soft texture, you can use a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Boil over high heat then simmer on medium for 10 minutes.

Then pour in sandpot and simmer on low until the pig's feet become tender.

Add broccoli blanched and place in a bowl.

Pour in the pig's feet, sprinkle with scallions.
Tip: Only use light soy sauce, no salt needed; sandpot cooking enhances flavor.
If you prefer them very tender, use a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. For those who like it very soft, pressure cook for 20 minutes using a pressure cooker.
