Steps for Making Home-style Braised Pumpkin:
1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the pumpkin into pieces;Chop the small onion.
Prepare the sauce: mix 2 small spoons of soybean paste, 1 small spoon of chili bean sauce and appropriate amount of sesame oil.(Adjust according to the quantity of braised pumpkin)

2. Heat the oil Fry the pumpkin until it is golden on the surface.

3. Add a little water, enough to cover 2/3 of the pumpkin pieces, then put the lid on and simmer over medium heat.
