Steps to make Cola-marinated chicken legs:
1. Wash the chicken thighs and cut a few slashes on them for better flavor penetration.

2. Prepare scallion segments, ginger slices, and garlic slices; have the cola ready.

3. Place the chicken thighs in a container and marinate with soy sauce, rice wine, and an appropriate amount of salt for about 30 minutes.
