Ingredients:
Main ingredients: 80g dried black fungus,lean meat 80g,, 30g green bell pepper.
Accompaniments: oil, salt,MSG, garlic slices,soy sauce.
Steps

1. Rinse the dried black fungus and soak it in clear water.

2. Slice the lean meat.

3. Cut the green bell pepper into small pieces, and slice the garlic.

4.Wok heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the meat slices until they turn color. Add a little soy sauce.
