Vegetarian Tofu Pudding Preparation Steps:

1.Black mushrooms Soak in water until soft, add a little bit of Flour Wash thoroughly, drain well.

2. Cut scallions into segments. Smash the garlic and cut it into pieces, leave a small portion of garlic whole, mince the ginger.

3. Mix light soy sauce, fragrant vinegar, and soy sauce in a 1:1:0.5 ratio, then add an appropriate amount of water to dilute.

4. Heat oil in a pot, reduce heat, add scallions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
