How to Make Onion Pumpkin Stir-fried Okra

Step-by-step instructions for making Pumpkin and Onion Stew with Eggplant:

1. Gather all the main ingredients.

2. Prepare a small pot with enough water, add a little salt to make salty water. Put the eggplant in and rub it to remove some of the fuzz, then drain and set aside.

3. Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces, chop the onion into small pieces, and mince the garlic cloves; set them aside.
