Steps for Golden Encrusted Quail Eggs:

1. Boil quail eggs in a pot until cooked.

2. Rinse with cold water, then peel the shells off.

3. Wash kale and remove the stems,cauliflower The stem is cut off and slightly carved with a knife to create flower shapes.

4. Blanch the kale in boiling water.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add the quail eggs, then fry over medium-low heat until golden yellow.

6. Add crumbled fermented bean curd.

7. Pour in the thickened sauce, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly.

8. The sauce should be thick before serving.
