how to make sausagelid rice

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar with water to make a sauce.2. Soak the Thai fragrant rice for about 2 hours.3. Coat the bottom of the sandpot with a little lard.4. Add the soaked rice, some water, cooking oil, and sugar, and boil over high heat for three to four minutes. 5. Cut the sausages into slices.6. Arrange the sliced sausages on top of the rice. 7. Sprinkle the prepared sauce over the sausages, keep half aside.8. Pour a tablespoon of oil along the edges and cook for 2 minutes, then reduce heat to low. 9. Put blanched bok choy on top of the rice.
10. Crack an egg into it and turn off the flame, let it sit for 5 minutes.

11. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the bok choy, sprinkle with

black sesame seeds,

and serve.

Add the soaked rice to a sandpot, add an appropriate amount of water, a little cooking oil, and sugar, and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.

5. Cut the sausages into slices and set aside.

6. Arrange the sliced sausages on top of the rice.

7. Pour the sauce prepared in step one over the sausages, reserving half.

8. Add a tablespoon of oil around the edges of the pot, cook for 2 minutes, then switch to low heat.

9. Arrange the blanched vegetables on top of the rice.

10. Crack an egg into the pot, turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes.

11. Pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and serve.
