How to Make Bacon Mushrooms

Diverse meat and vegetable ingredients.Pancetta.Mushroom.

Ingredients. Introduction.
Main ingredients: 80 grams of pancetta.Onion.(60 grams) Black.Pepper powder.(1 teaspoon). Side ingredients: 200 grams of white mushroom.Momentous sauce.(1/2 teaspoon). Oyster sauce (1 teaspoon).
Pancetta and mushroom steps:

1. Peel off the outer layers of the onion;

2. Cut into four large pieces;

3. Sauté in a little oil;

4. Remove when onion is soft, place on a plate.

5. White mushrooms, remove roots;

6. Separate branches and wash, drain.

7. Marinate with soy sauce,black pepper powder, mix well.

8. Pancetta.

9. Cut into pieces.

10. Wrap a mushroom branch with pancetta;

11. Secure with a toothpick.

12. Sauté in a little oil until the pancetta and mushrooms are cooked through, then remove.

13. Simmer with a little water, add oyster sauce and black pepper powder, stir until the sauce thickens.

14. Pour the sauce over the pancetta and mushroom rolls.
