How to Cook Grilled Fish


Ingredients Introduction
Wuchang fish (any fish can be used) (1 piece),mushrooms, potato, cucumber, luncheon meat,,doubanjiang, sauce - Sichuan chili bean paste, cooking wine oyster sauce salt, green onion ginger, garlic,teppanyaki pepper, star anise cinnamon bay leaf white sesame seed peanut rice,coriander cooking oil

1. Fish Split the fish down the middle, first rub ginger slices all over the body of the fish, then coat with oyster sauce and marinate for 20 minutes with cooking wine and salt.

2. In a pan, add a little oil and cook the star anise and pepper in small fire until they are slightly burnt; remove them and brush the remaining oil all over the fish body.oven preheat oven to 450°F for three minutes, place the fish inside and bake for twenty minutes.

3. Slice the potato and cucumber into strips, fry in oil, boil the golden needle mushrooms until cooked, slice the luncheon meat ready.

4. Place the grilled fish on a large plate, it can be fried first for better effect.

5. In a pan, add more oil, stir-fry the scallions, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, and bay leaf until fragrant; add two tablespoons of doubanjiang, one tablespoon of Sichuan chili bean paste, cook over low heat until red oil is produced, then pour in water (amount according to the amount of vegetables) 2. Once the water comes to a boil, add the potato, cucumber, golden needle mushrooms and luncheon meat, stir-fry, and serve.

6. Pour the cooked vegetables on top of the fish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander.
