The method for making osmanthus sugared soft heart candies

Once at a restaurant, I found this dish both delicious and visually appealing. With recent rain in Wuhan, I tried making it at home and succeeded on my first attempt; it was very tasty, and I enjoyed the process.

Red Raisins( ),Glutinous Rice flour( ),Osmanthus Sugar ( ), water ( )
Osmanthus sugar Soft Heart steps:

1. I forgot to take a photo, but slice the red dates in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through and remove the seeds.Rice flour sticky Combine with water to form a dough. Take small portions of this dough and stuff them into the red dates; make sure they are not too large or they might overflow when steamed. Steam for ten minutes, then it can be served on a plate with the osmanthus sugar drizzled over the top.

2. Arrange in a steamer and steam for ten minutes before serving with osmanthus sugar drizzled over the top.Dessert Enjoy!
