How to Make Spicy Fish Hot Pot


Ingredients Introduction
400g catfish meat, appropriate amount of Lao Gan Ma sauce, appropriate amount of oyster sauce,appropriate amount of chicken essence,appropriate amount of doubanjiang sauce,( appropriate amount),peanuts oil (appropriate amount), coriander (1 piece)Spicy and numbing fish stew procedure
1. Cut the fish into pieces, season with spices for 5 minutes, heat a dry pan, add some garlic, when the oil is smoking, pour in the seasoned fish, use chopsticks to gently stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom, cover and simmer on low heat,after 5 minutes, insert a into the fish to check if it's done (no blood water), place coriander as a garnish and you're done.

Cut the fish into pieces, marinate with seasonings for 5 minutes.Drain the excess liquid in the pot, add oil and a few garlic cloves, wait until the oil is hot before adding the marinated fish. Use a spoon to gently stir occasionally, cover the pot and simmer on low heat.
