Ingredients Introduction
Pork Ribeye (300g), Green Onion (a piece), Daikon Radish (half a root),Ginger Garlic ( ),Vinegar, Sugar,Soy Sauce ( ), Starch ( ),Coriander Pot-Braised Pork Ribeye Steps
1. Mix starch and water in a 1:1 ratio, let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Drain off the clear liquid after 20-30 minutes, reserve the bottom part which is cloudy, add a little oil, stir in one spoon of salt to make a batter.
2. Prepare seasoning sauce (for Chifeng pot-braised pork ribeye, so the taste is slightly salty): by household spoon: Vinegar 1, Soy Sauce 2, A few drops of Old Soy SauceSugar 0.3, Cooking Wine 0.5, Batter liquid 1, Salt 0.5, adjust as needed.
3. Cut pork ribeye (must be large pieces) into slices.Approximately each slice should be the thickness of a cleaver's back. Daikon Radish
Take a piece and cut it into thin strips, ginger and green onion cut into strips, coriander cut into strips, garlic cut as small as possible.4. Coat the sliced pork with the batter, gently massage to ensure each slice is evenly coated.5. Pour in enough oil in the pot so that the depth of the oil is about an inch. Heat on high until the oil is hot.
When the oil is 80% heated (as indicated by a drop of batter rising quickly with bubbles), switch to medium heat.
6. Gently place the pork slices in the oil, do not put too many at once, as they tend to stick together; use chopsticks to turn them over. Fry for about 40 seconds on each side until golden yellow. Repeat this process with remaining pork slices.7. Increase the heat and fry the previously fried pork pieces again to firm up their shape and achieve a crispy texture.

Carefully add one slice at a time, frying for 3 seconds per side. Drain immediately after removal as shown in the image.8. Pour out the oil from the pan, leaving some at the bottom. Heat on high.

Add sliced daikon radish, green onion, ginger, garlic, and coriander to stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the prepared seasoning sauce and bring to a boil. Quickly add the fried pork slices and stir-fry to coat them with the sauce.
