How to Make Mapo Tofu

Mao'ao Tofu Preparation steps:

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Boil a small pot of water, add tofu when it boils

3. Heat some oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir until it changes color

4. Add garlic, ginger, one spoonful of rice wine, one spoonful of soy sauce, half spoonful of old soy sauce, two spoonfuls of bean paste sauce, Szechuan pepper,chili sauce and stir until fragrant

5. Add broth, add tofu and simmer on medium heat

6. When the sauce is almost reduced, thicken with a cornstarch slurry and add salt,MSG

7. Serve by sprinkling green onions
Tips:
Choose tender tofu and blanch the tofu, thicken at the end, the tofu should be blanched, and then thickened with a sauce.
