How to Cook Rack of Lamb

Our own raised sheep, pure green, children love them roasted.Lamb chops. So various seasonings were mixed to marinate for a whole day, lots of oil was released, the lamb chops were so fragrant!
Main ingredients.
800 grams of lamb chops.
Auxiliary materials.
Soy sauce 150 grams. Small fennel 3 grams. Three-star seasoning 3 grams.Peppercorns 2 grams. Raisin 4 grams. Wine vinegar 2 tablespoons. Salt to taste. Walnuts 5 pieces. Cassia leaves 3 pieces. Scallions 5 pieces. Ginger 1 piece. Garlic one head. Roasted lamb chops. Preparation method. 1. Soak the lamb chops in cold water to remove blood, then wash and clean. 2. Peel off the skin of the scallions, ginger, and garlic, cut them into strips, and prepare all seasonings. 3. Take a small bowl and add the seasonings, soy sauce, wine vinegar, scallions, ginger, and garlic. Mix well, then add the lamb chops for marination for more than 4 hours, turning every hour. 4. Marinated lamb chops.
5. Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet and arrange the lamb chops. 6. Cover with aluminum foil and put into the oven.
7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (200°C), bake in the middle layer for about 80 minutes, turning every 20 minutes, then open the aluminum foil for baking until golden after the last 15 minutes.8. Done. Cooking tips.

1. The temperature and time for roasting vary by oven model.

2. You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference; I used a stew mix which I didn't identify all components but it tastes amazing.

Oven at top and bottom heat 200 degrees preheated, baked in the middle layer for about 80 minutes, turning once every 20 minutes, and finally baking uncovered for the last 15 minutes to add color.
