Pork belly filling (400g),Green pepper(1 piece), shrimp powder (20g),Egg(1 piece),Cornstarch(as needed), Black pepper (as needed), Soy sauce (as needed), salt (as needed), rock sugar (10g), Chinese star anise (1 piece), Ginger (1 piece), corn kernels red carrot kernels (as needed), cooking wine (as needed) Grains (as needed), cooking wine (as needed)
Steps for Home-style Four Delicacies Meatballs

1. Mix finely chopped green pepper and well-mixed meat filling evenly.

2. Add black pepper, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, egg, shrimp powder, and stir until uniform.

3. Add cornstarch and mix in one direction to form a cohesive mixture.
