How to Make Creative Curry Chicken Rice

I like curry very much.Besides essential ingredients, mixed vegetables can be added according to personal preference, without following a strict recipe. After several experiments, I found peas to be a good addition; they may not enhance the taste greatly but add excellent texture.

Ingredients include:
a piece of chicken breast,a piece of squid, a carrot,a potato, peas as needed,an onion, some mushrooms,a ginger, milk (one third carton),and curry blocks as needed.(as needed),ginger,(one piece),milk,(a third of a bag), curry blocks (as needed),
creamy curry,chicken, Chicken for the curry rice.

1. First, prepare all ingredients.

2. Pan-fry the ingredients; remember to release the aroma from onions and ginger first, then add the meat before other vegetables.

3. Put the ingredients into a pot with enough water to cover them slightly, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Add curry and milk, then cook on low heat until it thickens.

5. Serve immediately; garnish with broccoli, or cucumber, and sprinkle some sesame seeds if desired.
Tip:
Always stir continuously after adding curry to prevent it from burning.
