How to Make Garlic Okra

1. Wash the autumn mallow and remove the head, but do not cut it completely.

2. Boil water and add the autumn mallow, about 30 seconds is sufficient; too long will affect its color! Drain the autumn mallow immediately and cool it with cold water.

4. Prepare the fried peanuts and crush the garlic! Add wei jili for seasoning!
