How to Make Sliced Pork in Hot Pot Sauce

This dish is one of the dishes that my husband likes to eat, and I couldn't make it before but now I can after learning.

Ingredients Introduction
Sirloin Meat (1 pound), Large Onion Chinese Parsley Garlic Sprout(As needed),Ginger Garlic (as needed),Doubanjiang Sauce Shiitake Ferment(as needed), Salt, Dark Soy Sauce Chicken Essence(as needed),Lettuce(3 stalks)

1. Prepare the large onion and Chinese parsley (today forgot to buy garlic sprouts, they make it even tastier)
