How to Make Homemade Tofu Brain


Ingredients Introduction
Yellow beans(150g) Water (1200ml) Coagulant (3g)Sugar(as needed)
Self-made Tofu Brain Steps
1. Soak 150g of yellow beans the night before; the bean water is abundant, I soaked them overnight for convenience.
2. Add the soaked yellow beans and 1200ml of water to a blender and blend for 30 seconds (I used a Yangyu Y99 model).
3. Strain into a pot for making Mung bean milk and heat on low until at least 85 degrees. The temperature should be controlled by you.(Actually, I used high heat and my mother told me to use low heat; facepalm)
4. In another container, add the coagulant, then stir in the hot mung bean milk and let it set for 15-20 minutes...

5. Add sugar before enjoying...
