Women should eat more fruits and vegetables to be more attractive

A study conducted by scientists from England and Australia found that women who ate more fruits and vegetables had healthier and more attractive appearances compared to other women.

Researchers monitored the diets of nearly 200 women aged 18-29 for 9 months, evaluating their skin tone from head to toe according to 9 levels. The results showed that people who consumed more fruits and vegetables daily had an increase in their overall redness and yellowness of the skin, regardless of whether the skin was exposed to sunlight. The study proved that eating more carrots, radishes, sweet potatoes, dark leafy vegetables and tomatoes, which are rich in carrots, could change skin texture and color, and increase the production of yellow pigment in the skin. Furthermore, yellow skin is considered healthier and more attractive than brown skin. Another study showed that people who regularly consumed foods rich in carrots were healthier, and the mortality rate of several chronic diseases was also lower. Therefore, nutrition experts recommend that each person eat five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Dr. Ross Whitehead of the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, who is one of the authors of the study report, said: "There is evidence that the first reason young women change their diets is their appearance, and this is especially true for women aged 36-50."
