How to Make Chicken Pasta Salad


Ingredients Introduction
Chicken Breast 1 piece Cucumber 1/2 a stalk Tomato 1/2 cup Thousand Island sauce (8g)Pasta 50g Olive Oil 2ml Salt, 3g2g Oyster Sauce2ml Old Soy Sauce Black Pepper 1g 2ml Cooking Wine Grilled Chicken 5g Marinade
Grill ChickenPastaSalad Instructions:

1. Thaw chicken breast, remove the outer membrane, and lightly pound with the back of a knife.

2. Add 2g salt, oyster sauce, marinade, old soy sauce, and cooking wine.

3. Mix well and marinate for at least 3 hours, flipping the meat in the middle.

4. Preheat Oven 210 degrees, top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.

5. Cut grilled chicken into pieces, dice tomatoes, slice cucumbers thinly, and prepare Thousand Island sauce.

6. When cooking pasta, add the remaining 1g salt and a little olive oil to prevent sticking, cook over medium-high heat for 8~10 minutes.

7. Rinse cooked pasta with cold water and place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
