Baby Teething Stick Ingredients Introduction

Low-gluten flour Flour(125g)Eggs(One) Powdered Sugar (20g) Black and White Sesame seeds(A pinch)Nori seaweed Chopped (A pinch)Butter(10g)
Baby Teething Stick Recipe:
1. Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and mix well.

2. Add egg liquid and mix well.

3. Sift in the low-gluten flour.

4. Form into a dough, add black and white sesame seeds and chopped nori.

5. Knead into a dough, let it rest for 30 minutes.

6. Dust with a little flour, roll out into a 0.5 cm thick sheet.

7. Trim the irregular edges, cut into 1 cm wide strips.

8. Hold both ends and twist slightly.

9. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg liquid, bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Tips:
Reserve a little egg liquid to brush on the surface.
Do not use parchment paper or baking paper on the baking sheet, as it hinders the shaping process.
