How to Make Egg and Vegetable Cups

My child doesn't like vegetables, so I always try different ways to prepare them. It's not difficult, and my child enjoys eating them, so I'm sharing the recipe with you.

Oven . Place on the middle rack, at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The cooking time and temperature should be adjusted appropriately depending on the performance of your oven. If you don't have an oven, you can also use thesteaming method.9. Ta-da! The dish is out of the oven, isn't it? Pay attention to the back of the dish while baking, don't overbake.

10. I tried it, and it's really delicious! It's best to use silicone molds, as the paper cups can stick to the egg.

TipsFor small children, I recommend chopping the vegetables into small pieces. For older children, you can cut the vegetables into slightly larger pieces. The important thing is that the size of the pieces is within your child's acceptance range.
