Method
1. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and stir well, and soak the tofu in hot water;
2. Peel the braised eggs, wash and cut them into pieces, chop the pickled vegetables, and wash the cilantro and chop it finely;
3. After removing the bean-like smell from the tofu, cut it into pieces and drain it in a bowl, place the braised eggs on top of the tofu;
4. In a small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar,Chili oil, vinegar, chopped cilantro, chopped pickled vegetables, and chopped chili peppers, and stir well;

Tips
The tofu has a bean-like smell, but boiling it in hot water makes it much better.
