Method/Steps

1. After cleaning and cutting the grass carp, add chopped green onions and ginger, and pepper, and marinate with Shaoxing wine and salt for 10 minutes;

2. Then, evenly coat a thin layer of cornstarch on the fish, and fry in oil until golden brown, then remove and set aside;

Tips
