1, clean the eel, remove the scales and internal organs, and cut it into pieces. Boil 1 pound of sweet potato in boiling water.

2, slice ginger, garlic, and green onions, and cut Doubanjiang into small pieces. Heat oil in a pot to 60%, then add chili and Doubanjiang.
3, after stir-frying, add minced garlic, five spice powder, rock sugar, black pepper and MSG.4, then add the eel and sweet potato to the pot, simmer for 10 minutes, then add green onions. Tips The eel must be fresh to make delicious River Eel. 20-30 grams, chili to taste.
Method:
1. Remove scales and internal organs from the fish, wash thoroughly, and make shallow cuts on both sides. Blanch tofu in boiling water until cooked, then drain.
