Tips

Steps

4 Add white wine, add the duck leg and duck gizzards, and cook for 15 minutes over high heat;
5 Then turn off the heat and simmer for 40 minutes;
5 Prepare the noodles in advance, cook the duck gizzards and cut them into slices, cut the cooked duck intestines into segments, and cut the tofu into triangular pieces;

8 Pour the soup into a bowl, place the duck gizzards, duck intestines, and add cilantro and chili oil.
Techniques for making duck noodle soup
1 The duck blood is very tender, so when cooking, pay attention to the heat and time. If it's cooked for too long, the duck blood will become old and lose its texture. Finally, cook it for 2 minutes, and it will be just right when there is no raw blood.
