Steps

Steps

Steps
1. Wash and soak the bone marrow in clean water to remove (Blood)(water), then drain;
2. Place the bone marrow in a bowl, add a spoonful of sweet fermented bean paste, rice wine, a little white sugar, salt, green onion and ginger, and marinate for 1 hour;
3. Put the rice in a blender and smash;
4. Pick out the green onion and ginger, and put it into the rice noodles and mix well;
5. Cut the lotus leaves into large pieces and put them in boiling water, add salt to blanch, then soak in cold water for 10 minutes;
