1.Egg whites,Egg yolks are separated.

2. Add 30g sugar, 50g milk, and 40g cooking oil to the egg white bowl. 3. Beat with an electric mixer until emulsified (all ingredients fully mixed).

4. Sift 70g all-purpose flour and 10g matcha powder into the egg yolk bowl.

5. Gently mix using a whisk or spatula, ensuring the powders dissolve completely.

6. Start beating the egg whites; initially, beat until large bubbles form, then add 30g sugar.

7. Continue beating until the mixture becomes smooth, then add another 30g sugar.

8. Beat further until holding a peak that stands upright when lifted from the bowl (when inverted, it won't fall out).

9. Transfer half of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and gently fold with an up-and-down motion without stirring in circles to avoid deflating the eggs or making the flour tough.

10. Combine all the mixed ingredients using the same folding technique until fully incorporated.11. Well-mixed batter ready for use. 12. Add some oil to the electric cooker pot and preheat for 2 minutes.

13. Pour in the egg mixture.

14. Gently tap the bottom of the pot a few times to release any air bubbles (this prevents holes from forming during steaming).

15. Place the pot back on the cooker and press the 'Sour Cream' button (for my smart electric cooker; for ordinary ones, use the 'Cooking' button), then keep it warm for 10 minutes before pressing the fast cook button again for another 10.

16. After the second cycle, unplug the appliance and wait an additional 10 minutes to let the temperature drop slowly (to prevent the cake from shrinking due to sudden cooling).

17. Remove the steamed cake when it is cooked through; insert a toothpick to check if it's clean.Steam until done, otherwise continue steaming.

18. Once cooled, cut the cake using a sawing motion without slicing straight down to prevent flattening.

19. Here are the final pieces of the cake; soft and delicate with a smooth texture, try it yourself!
