Steps

. Carrots cut into pieces.

. Remove the fermented dough and knead it thoroughly.(This step is crucial; make sure to knead it well to eliminate large air bubbles and create a fine-textured dough)

. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 5mm thick.bun.(Try to roll it out in a square shape for even thickness when rolled up)

. Starting from the bottom, roll the dough into a log.

. Mix the oil evenly.

. Brush the surface of the rolled dough with the mixed oil.. Cut the rolled dough into "eight" shapes starting from the base end.

(The upper part should be narrow while the lower wider; leave some space at the top to avoid splitting when pressing patterns). Adjust the pointed end to the top and press it with a chopstick to form a pattern.

. Repeat this for all pieces.

. Place the muffins on a steamer lined with an oiled cloth in Midea electric rice cooker.

. Fill the cooker with sufficient water,steamer.Steam, placing a cloth soaked in oil and water on the steaming rack. Arrange the muffins on this cloth.. Steam for 20 minutes using the corn steam program on Midea electric rice cooker.(The steam time is 20 minutes; no need to monitor or adjust heat). Once done, let it cool before storing in a bag and refrigerating or freezing.

Tip 1. Use Midea juicer for juice extraction. 2. Mix the carrot juice with yeast powder and add flour without heating.3. After fermentation, knead the dough well to expel air bubbles; this ensures a smooth surface on your final product. 4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle for uniform thickness when rolled up.5. Ensure that the upper part is narrow and the lower wider, leaving some space at the top to avoid splitting during stamping.

6. Soak the steaming cloth in oil and water before use; this prevents sticking. This amount of muffins can be steamed in two batches or separately.
7. Steam for 20 minutes, which is consistent with the time needed to steam the muffins; no need to monitor the heat.
8. For long-term storage, wrap and freeze in a sealed bag; reheat when ready to eat without losing its freshness.
Note: The steaming time is 20 minutes for both the muffins and the corn program on Midea electric rice cooker.
No need to monitor or adjust heat; it will stop automatically upon completion.
