The home-cooked method for June Fresh Soy Sauce Noodles


Bread products are a staple in both the southern and northern parts of China, with varied cooking methods: boiled, stir-fried, or wet mixed; each method has its own unique flavor.Noodles are commonly found in home kitchens as ingredients,for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; they can be cooked at any time according to personal preference. Among them,soy sauce wet mixed with
the main ingredient: 230 grams of wet noodles,two eggs, one ham sausage,an appropriate amount of soy sauce, two teaspoons of salt,a teaspoon of chicken powder, and a teaspoon of sugar.
Step

1. Ingredients, 2 pieces of wet noodles (I used homemade noodles, each weighing 115 grams, frozen for storage and cooking when needed),

2. Boil water, add the wet noodles, cook until done then remove.

3. Heat a pan with a little oil and soy sauce, add sliced ham sausages and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then set aside.

4. Beat two eggs, add half an egg's worth of water, one teaspoon of salt, mix well. Fry until done then cut into threads to be used later.

5. Heat another pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, once hot, add the cooked wet noodles, adding one teaspoon of chicken powder, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of sugar, stir-fry for a moment.6.

6. Then pour in the egg threads and ham sausages, stir-fry evenly.7.

7. Turn off the heat, according to taste, add an appropriate amount of original soy sauce from June Fresh, as well as 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, then drain the noodles.

8. Serve the drained noodles on a plate with milk tea and fruit to start your breakfast.
Tip: A trick for cooking noodles, after boiling them in water for the first time and bringing it back to a boil, remove the lid and add 1 bowl of water; continue cooking until it boils again before turning off the heat and draining the noodles, ensuring they are refreshing without sticking.
