Home-style Oil Reed Spring Vegetable Hotpot

This dish is really suitable for elderly people with poor teeth.Pork belly render the fat, then use the rendered oil to braise the spring vegetable, making it tender and flavorful. That's why I say this because my toothless mother-in-law loves eating this dish. You can also refer to this if you like it.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 750g of spring vegetables, 150g of pork belly, appropriate amount of oil, and salt.
Steps

Prepare all the required ingredients.

Boil and wash the pork belly for later use.

Add a small amount of salad oil to a pot, then cut the pork belly into pieces and put it in the pot.

Stir-fry until the pork belly renders its fat and turns into crispy bits, then drain out most of the rendered fat.

Clean and cut the spring vegetables.

Add an appropriate amount of salt to stir-fry until the ingredients are seasoned.

Add half a small bowl of water, simmer until the spring vegetables become tender.

This completes the oil braise. It's done.
Tip: Do not use too much water when braising, as the spring vegetables will release their own juices during cooking.
