Homestyle Preparation for Beef Ligularia Noodles

I do not usually eat beef.Lamb is fine.. My daughter and husband enjoy beef and mutton dishes, so there are seldom such dishes in my cooking at home. My daughter likes the tougher parts of beef.Beef brisket and tendon are among her favorites. The names of these beef cuts were recommended by the butcher, all tough parts. With the New Year approaching, I wish for family and friends to be safe and healthy! May your wishes come true! May good fortune favor you!

Ingredients: Beef brisket,beef tendon pieces, wide noodles, napa cabbage,soy sauce, star anise, sweet bean sauce, salt,sugar.

Preparation: Cut the beef tendon into pieces for use.

Clean the beef and boil it to remove blood foam.. Place the beef in a pressure cooker with water, soy sauce, rice wine, sweet bean sauce, green onion,

ginger , star anise, salt, and sugar. Cook for forty minutes until the beef is tender..

Boil the napa cabbage separately.

Boil the wide noodles in hot water until cooked, then drain and put them in a bowl.

Pour the beef broth into the bowl of noodles,add the boiled napa cabbage, and top with the beef.
