Homestyle Hot Dog Bun Recipe


School has started, and children bring their breakfast from home every day.The morning meal is always carried to school in a lunchbox. Ingredients:Main ingredients: 500g all-purpose flour, 250ml water, 6g yeast,,100g sugar, and 15 hot dogs.Steps: 1. Mix the yeast and water in a bread machine to dissolve them.2. Add the flour and stir lightly.3. Add the sugar and mix well.4. Place in the bread machine. 5. Use the kneading function twice.
6. Knead until the dough is smooth, soft, and elastic. 7. Wrap the dough in a and refrigerate for 12 hours to rise.8. Remove the risen dough and roll it out into a tongue shape to remove the air bubbles.9. Roll the dough into long strips and cut them into equal pieces. 10. Shape each piece into a long strip.
11. Wrap around a hot dog in one direction.

12. Boil the dough rolls in cold water for 30 minutes after the second rise.

13. Steam for 12 minutes over high heat.

14. Out they come, white and fluffy hot dog rolls!

Put it in the bread machine.

Start the kneading function and do it twice.

The dough will become smooth, fine, and soft.

Place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for fermentation for 12 hours.

Remove the fermented dough, flatten it to remove air bubbles.

Roll it into long strips and cut them into equal-sized pieces.

Crumple each small piece of dough into a long strip.

Wrap them around hot dogs in one direction.

Place them in boiling water for 30 minutes.

Boil Steam After 12 minutes, remove them.
