Home-style Hot Dry Noodles Method

1. Prepare the noodles

2. Prepare round bell pepper,

carrot , ginger, garlic 3. Cut the round bell pepper into strips and the carrot into threads

4. Chop the ginger and garlic

5. In a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then add the noodles and cook until done. Afterward, remove from heat and cool under running cold water, drain.

6. Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the ginger and garlic.

7. Add the round bell pepper

8. Add a little bit of water and cook for 2 minutes.

9. Add carrot threads, soybean sauce, and sweet bean sauce.

10. Cook until the carrots are tender.

11. Add the noodles.

12. Add salt as needed and mix well.

13. Cooking Tips

1. Salt can be omitted because the soybean sauce is already salty enough.
2. Noodles can be cooked directly from the refrigerator without prior thawing.
After placing the noodles in the refrigerator for chilling, they do not need to be thawed before cooking.
