Homemade Crispy Chicken Thigh Burgers, exceptionally flavorful and outdoing KFC's taste.Ingredients: 1 hamburger bun, 1 chicken thigh, 15g of Asian seasoning powder, 30g of five-spice coating powder, 60g of flour, 5ml of cooking wine, 200ml of edible oil, or mayonnaise or tomato sauce as per preference.BunsHamburger buns and homemade crispy chicken thighs. Steps

1. Rinse one chicken thigh and set aside.

2. Remove the bone from the chicken thigh with a knife, then make several cuts in the meaty part.

3. Add a little cooking wine, mix well, and let it drain.

4. Pour half of the seasonings into the mixture, stir well to coat, cover with cling film, and marinate overnight.

5. The next day, remove from the bowl and pat dry the surface moisture with paper towels.

6. Mix 30g of five-spice coating powder with 60g of flour until evenly combined.

7. Halve the marinated chicken thigh meat, dip it in the coating mixture to coat uniformly, shaking off excess powder.

8. Quickly rinse under water.

9. Dip again into the coating mix and massage to ensure a crispy layer forms.

10. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot; when the oil is about 50% heated, reduce heat and gently fry using the immersion method until fully cooked through.

11. Fry until golden on both sides, ensuring it's tender by lightly poking with a fork at the thickest part.

12. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

13. Prepare 2 hamburger buns (cooked with pumpkin puree) and cut in half; rinse and dry the lettuce.pumpkin puree

as added during preparation.

14. Place a piece of lettuce on one bun, spread salad dressing or tomato sauce (of your choice).

15. Add the crispy chicken thigh meat, place another slice of bread on top, and serve immediately as your crispy chicken thigh burger is ready to enjoy.
