buttery milk tea pot home method

Ma has actually been made twice. The first time was when everyone did it together, mainly as I was the one operating, with everyone assisting by handling smaller tasks. At that time, the taste wasn't bad but not particularly delicious either, being slightly sweet. It was steamed rather than baked, which doesn't easily cause heatiness and has a different flavor profile from
baking.
After giving some to my daughter's friends, I said to myself that it would be great if my mother knew how to make this.
This weekend, I made 12 more milk-flavored Ma on my own,and after sharing them with a few people, they all gave high praise (it was entirely me doing the work). I wonder if it's because of not having eaten it for so long or something else, but the taste this time seems better and more delicate than when we learned to make it together last time.
Actually,making such small pastries
isn't difficult at all, as long as you have a bit of patience. Even if you're a beginner, you can still make tasty little pastries.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 4 eggs,110 grams of sugar, 25 grams of milk, peanuts, 25 grams of oil,125 grams of low-flour, 25 grams of cornstarch, and 9 grams of baking powder. Also include 12 grams of (milk powder). Steps
1. Beat four eggs in a large bowl and add the sugar, mixing well.

2. Add peanut oil in portions while stirring evenly.

3. Sift in the flour mixture (low-flour,

cornstarch , and baking powder). 4. Mix until smooth with no lumps, achieving a pourable consistency. 5. Pour the egg mixture into molds, filling them to about nine-tenths full, leaving some space in the middle.

6. Steam for 8 minutes on high heat and turn off the fire immediately after that.

I used cold water steam for 10 minutes.

Tips1. The key is mixing; do not stir in one direction or over-mix, ensuring a smooth consistency without lumps.
2. After turning off the heat, wait a few minutes before opening the lid to prevent condensation from dripping onto the Ma.
Stirring is crucial, do not stir in one direction, and avoid over-stirring. The mixture should be smooth with no granules.
Wait a few minutes after turning off the heat before opening the lid to prevent distilled water from dripping onto the marala.
